The Online Airworthiness Application System (OAAS), the first of its kind in the
aviation industry in Africa and Middle East, came as part of the Sudan Civil Aviation
Authority efforts to move towards boost up the quality of Aviation Work in Sudan. |

OAAS is a fully automated system that unlocks business potential and enhances productivity
by providing user-specific access to information and processes from a single Web-based
portal built on Microsoft .net technology. OAAS Portal is an extensive integration
and application platform that lays the foundation for new cross-functional Airworthiness
business processes and lowers the total cost of ownership by reducing the need for
custom integration and by offering complete life-cycle management for the solution. |

OAAS Portal integrates seamlessly with any necessarily application to deliver information,
and processes. It handles all the Airworthiness procedures such as the issuing,
renewal and amendments of all type of certificates including all the required applications
for corresponding certificates. All the procedures of Approvals and Certificate
issuing are managed and administered efficiently, effectively and securely by the
Directors and Inspectors of the Airworthiness Directorate. |
